Room Manager
System of reservation of rooms that resolves the difficulty to find a free meeting room with the help of a small tactile screen.
- Illumination LED red or green to show if the room is free or busy.
- The screen shows the one who has reserved the room and during what time
- It is possible to lengthen the meeting, finalise it before or cancel it
- It includes a function that allows to inform of problems with the projector, the blackboard,etc
- Integrated with Outlook (is not necessary to learn to use any software)
- Can reserve from the computer or from the screen (both synchronise )
- Easy to use and does not affect to the security of the network
